Fall doesn’t have to be about the stereotypical colors that we keep seeing everywhere. Mustard, burgundy, burnt orange, dark green, etc. You can easily skip the colors, but skipping the amazing textures is a no-no.
Even though its fall, I’ve been craving black and white lately. I think the color combination is chic, elegant, and minimalistic in its own way. I love nothing more than a white-based blouse with a subtle dash of black. Recently, Vogue announced in their Ten Wearable Takes on Mixing Fall’s Favorite Textures, “What some fall collections lack in color they make up for with intricate and surprising textures. The result: tactile masterpieces for painting the town in your very own shade.”
If Vogue says so, then its right.
We’ve entered the holiday season, which means we’ll all have events, parties, dinners, etc. more frequently than the rest of the year. This outfit is one of those easy ensembles that you can quickly grab and go. Its also great for the workplace considering it’s dawn to dusk concept. I mean, most of us ladies look for an outfit that we can wear straight from work to happy hour in. Its been so long that I can’t remember the last happy hour I attended, but you get my point.
I’m also really excited to share the fabulous venue where these photos were taken! Located in Santa Barbara, the Soiree Center is a creative meeting and event planning center and website showcasing a carefully curated library of vendors within the wedding and event industry. It seems like all of my friends are engaged and about to officially tie-the-knot, so I thought that sharing information about this fabulous and inspiring center would be beneficial to everyone.
This is just a quick glance into the Soiree Center. Check back later on for a few more posts featuring my new favorite inspirational hub. Trust me, you’ll definitely want to see the intricate details throughout this amazing building.
For now, be sure to check out the Soiree Center’s sparkly blog! Whether you’re planning a wedding or a beautiful event, this needs to be your go-to bookmark and hang-out spot. You won’t want to leave once you’re there!
