White on White

I’ve been craving white palettes lately. White on white is stunning, minimal, and monochromatic: three important factors for a winning outfit! A lot of people shy away from wearing all white, but I adore it. There’s no right or wrong way to wear it—that’s the beauty of it. Just like wearing all black, the tones don’t necessarily matter.

As a stylist, I love to encourage my clients to wear what they want, when they want, whether it “matches” or not. If you want to wear something that isn’t approved during a particular fashion season, then wear it! More power to you! I wish more people were brave enough to wear white pants before Memorial Day—who created that rule? White looks beautiful in every season. White pants pair great with brown knee-high boots and a flannel for the fall, it also pairs monochromatically for a winter white look during the winter, or with a floral blouse for spring and summer.

I personally added some pop features to my look. Chambray and beige pair great with an all-white look, so I tied a polka-dot printed chambray button-down around my waist and threw on some beige heels and a hat to accessorize.

The biggest statement piece in my ensemble is the Mirina Collections necklace! It adds style and flare to any top, whether its a basic white tank or a graphic tee–it just adds a “boom-in-your-face” glamorous element. Shop their collection site-wide and use coupon code ‘bowsboots’ to get 20% off!
