I like the way you work it. No diggity. She’s got class and style. Street knowledge, buy the pound. Baby never act wild, very low key on the profile. Catching villains is a no. Let me tell you how it goes. Curve’s the word, spin’s the verb. Lovers it curves, so freak what you heard.
Sorry. Couldn’t have a post called, “Work It,” without sharing some Dr. Dre lyrics. You can’t neglect things like that.
Anyways, overalls have been trending for over a year now, and what better way to wear them during the fall and winter than in a skirt’s silhouette? Its offered in other colors, but I paired the burgundy color-way with a black and white blouse and a pair of stilettos for a preppy/chic/sophisticated ensemble. But, you can wear this look casually with a pair of black nylons and a pair of oxford flats as well, which is what I’ll continue to do throughout the season.
Burgundy always looks stunning paired with gold accent jewelry. I personally choose silver or gold tones depending on my outfit’s tones. If I’m wearing cool tones, then I’ll typically stick with silver jewelry. If I’m wearing warm tones, then I’ll throw on some gold.
You’re probably more interested about where these photos were taken instead of what I’m actually wearing, right? Its okay–I can’t stop looking at the interior design either! These photos were taken in the Main Lounge at the SOIREE CENTER. This particular room is my favorite room inside the center and is great for consultations and gatherings, especially because of its amazing natural light and great comfortability for networking.
I got mighty comfy on the couch. Those pillows are amazing–don’t you think!?
This room inspires my never-ending love for Kate Spade. You can hear it whisper into your ear, “KATE!” the entire time you’re there.
